As the founder of Sumptuous Spirits, a bar staffing company operating in 63 cities across 2 states, Lauren is now expanding operations into the southern region. Her company has provided services for some of the world’s leading brands, including Google, Foot Locker, Fashion Nova, Bumble, the NFL Draft Detroit, and All-Star Weekend Chicago.
In addition to her success in the bar staffing industry, Lauren co-owns two event venues in the Chicagoland area—Opulence Gallery—and recently launched Digital Rich, a hospitality-tech company empowering businesses with innovative solutions.
